Why don’t I get an email after I sign up?

GolfNow emails are designed to provide GolfNow members with the best deals currently available at courses near them, but tee time pricing and availability are limited. We work hard to make sure that all of our members have a chance to take advantage of great tee time deals, so emails are sent on a rotation that ensures everyone has an opportunity to receive our best deals. If you do not receive an email immediately after signing up, one will be arriving to you soon.


Why am I required to create a username?

We recently updated our username format requirements. As a result, those that did not comply with our updated requirements were assigned a temporary username. You may update your username at any time within your account. Usernames may be used for participation in exciting new features and programs on GolfNow. Please review the following username requirements:

  • 20 characters or less
  • No spaces
  • No invalid characters (i.e. &, #, %, *)
  • No inappropriate language


My emails are not being sent in the language I selected in my preferences—why?

Email language preference changes can take up to 24 hours to update in the system. It is possible that you might still receive emails in the original language until this update occurs.

Tee Times


How far in advance are tee times available?

Tee time availability is determined by each individual golf course on GolfNow. The majority of golf courses make their tee times available between five (5) and fourteen (14) days in advance. However, some golf courses may choose to make their tee times available 30 to 90 days in advance or further depending on their business practices.


Did I get the tee time?

After completing your tee time reservation, you will be shown a “Thank You” page containing the details for your reservation. Due to different systems used at various golf courses, there may occasionally be a technical issue that affects or prevents a tee time reservation from reaching the golf course or being recorded in their system. If this occurs, a GolfNow representative may contact you to help you find and secure a tee time reservation at the selected golf course or one nearby (depending upon availability).


Why do you offer tee times that end up not being available?

When tee times from a golf course are loaded into our system, that inventory is available. However, tee times may be sold through a number of different channels after it has been listed on GolfNow.

To see if a tee time is still available, simply start the booking process. Our system will check to see if the tee time is still available. If so, you will be able to continue the booking process. If the tee time is no longer available, we will try to display the closest available tee time and you will be asked if you want to continue the booking process with the new tee time.


Why do tee times seem to appear and disappear?

When you click on a tee time and select the number of players, the tee time is put on hold for five (5) minutes. This allows time to complete the booking process. If you do not complete the process, the tee time will be removed from hold and reappear on the website.


How are the estimated tee time savings on GolfNow calculated?

To help you find the best prices on tee times at all of our golf courses, we compare the currently available rate to past purchases for the particular golf course over the previous six-month period. The strikethrough price represents the highest price other golfers have paid for a tee time at the golf course in the last six months.

Limiting the comparison window to a six-month period helps to account for changes in management, conditions and more, giving you a sense of the savings available on each tee time.

Why is there a Pending Charge on my Credit Card?

In some instances, you may see “pending charges” during the booking process. This can occur when some banks and financial institutions place a “hold” on your card, which can be for a set amount of funds and may show as “pending” for a number of days. If this occurs, please contact your issuing bank or financial institution with questions.


Why is payment due in full for some and not for others?

In order to provide GolfNow members with the best prices, Hot Deals tee times available through GolfNow require payment in full at the time the reservation is made.

In addition, some golf courses may require partial or full payment to be made online during the reservation process. Those requirements are specific to each golf course and subject to their tee time reservation policies.


My card is good, why won’t your system accept it?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. In the U.S. only, we also accept Discover. Please check that your credit card information has been entered correctly. Double check your card number and expiration date.


What about sales tax?

Most tee time reservations do not include sales tax. However, some courses do include sales tax in the price of the tee time. If sales tax is included in the tee time you have selected, you will see the “Tax Included” icon on the specific tee time. You can also click on any tee time and check “Tee Time Details” to determine if sales tax is included. The sales tax amount is set according to the current tax rate in the state where the selected golf course is located.


Do you charge a convenience fee?

Convenience fees are charged for all tee times booked through the GolfNow website and mobile app. Convenience fees have a broad range depending on location and are charged per player, per tee time and are reflected in the total price on your tee time reservation at the time of checkout.

As a  GolfPass+ member, convenience fees will be waived on your first 10 bookings (up to 4 players per booking) on GolfNow.com and the GolfNow mobile app per year of your membership. Members must book all tee time reservations while signed into the same account used to purchase the GolfPass+ membership in order to receive the waived convenience fees benefit at checkout. Other taxes may apply on tee time reservations. The Waived Convenience Fees benefit will be applied at the time that a qualified reservation is made.

As a GolfPass+ VIP member, convenience fees will be waived on all your bookings on GolfNow.com or GolfNow mobile app. Members must book all tee time reservations while signed into the same account used to purchase the GolfPass+ VIP  membership in order to receive the waived convenience fees benefit at checkout. Other taxes may apply on tee time reservations. The Waived Convenience Fees benefit will be applied at the time that a qualified reservation is made.


Is the convenience fee refundable?

Convenience fees may be refunded only if the golf course is closed on the day of play and the golfer did not play.


Will I incur any currency fees related to international bookings?

Depending on your issuing bank, you may incur fees related to international transactions. Please contact your credit card provider for specific details regarding fees associated with your transaction.

Weather and Cancellation Policy


Can I cancel my reservation?

Tee time reservations may be canceled when necessary. However, they are refundable only if: 1) canceled 24+ hours in advance of the tee time; 2) the golf course is closed on the day of play; 3) Tee Time Protection was purchased on a Hot Deal or 4) you are a GolfPass+ member with at least one of your ten (10) free Tee Time Protection credits available to use. Any refunded amounts will be available as a GolfNow credit loaded into your account and available for use on any Hot Deal booking and valid for up to six months.

Tee time reservations paid at the golf course are subject to that course's specific cancellation policy, which can be found in your Upcoming Reservations page.

Tee Time Protection may be purchased at checkout for any Hot Deals reservation made through GolfNow.com or the GolfNow app. Tee Time Protection lets you cancel your Hot Deals tee time up to one (1) hour before the time of play. Any refunded amounts will be available as a GolfNow credit loaded into your account and available for use on any Hot Deal booking and valid for up to six months.

Active GolfPass+ members are eligible to change or cancel up to ten (10) tee time reservations in a calendar year for any reason. GolfPass+ members may make a change or cancel their tee time reservation up to one (1) hour prior to the scheduled tee time. GolfPass+ members who modify or cancel their tee time reservation within the allowed timeframe will have any prepaid amounts credited to their GolfNow account. You may cancel or modify up to one (1) tee time reservation per course, per day of play.


Can I change the day or time of my reservation?

Tee time reservations may be modified or cancelled when necessary. However, they are refundable only if: 1) modified or cancelled 24+ hours in advance of the tee time; 2) the golf course is closed on the day of play; or 3) you are a GolfPass+ member with at least one of your ten (10) free tee time cancellations available to use. Any refunded amounts will be available as a GolfNow credit loaded into your account and available for use on any Hot Deal booking and valid for up to six months.

Tee time reservations paid at the golf course are subject to that course's specific cancellation policy, which can be found in your Upcoming Reservations page.


Can I add or remove a player to my reservation?

To add an additional player to your tee time you must book another reservation for the same tee time (subject to availability). Prices for tee times can vary and are not guaranteed to be the same as the price at which the original tee time reservation was made. New reservations cannot be price matched to old and existing reservations.

To remove a player from your reservation, go to your View Reservations page and click “Modify Players or Cancel” on the reservation you would like to modify. Select the number of players you wish to remove from your reservation and a reason, then click “Submit Cancellation.” Please note that tee times are only refundable if modified or cancelled up to twenty-four (24) hours ahead of your scheduled tee time.


What is your weather policy?

Any unplayed reservation can be cancelled and refunded if the golf course is closed on the day of play. To cancel a reservation due to weather, go to your View Reservations page and click “Modify Players or Cancel” on the reservation you would like to cancel. Select the number of players you wish to remove from your reservation and select "Weather" for the reason of cancellation, then click “Submit Cancellation.” If you are eligible for a refund, please allow 5-7 business days for processing.

Hot Deals reservations are non-refundable once your round has begun.

Tee time reservations paid at the golf course adhere to the golf course’s rain check policy once the round has begun. Please see the golf course pro shop to be issued a potential rain check.

GolfPass+ members are covered under Cancellation Protection tee times, which allows GolfPass+ members to cancel or modify their tee time reservation online at least one (1) hour prior to their scheduled tee time, for any reason, without penalty, up to ten (10) times per year of their membership. GolfPass+ members will receive a GolfNow credit equivalent to the green fees due for the modified or cancelled tee time, which will be automatically applied to the member's GolfNow account and can be found under Account Payment options.  These credits can be used toward a future Hot Deal booking.

GolfPass+ VIP members are covered under Cancellation Protection tee times, which allows GolfPass+ VIP members to cancel or modify their tee time reservation online at least one (1) hour prior to their scheduled tee time, for any reason, without penalty, up to twenty-five (25) times per year of their membership. GolfPass+ VIP members will receive a GolfNow credit equivalent to the green fees due for the modified or cancelled tee time, which will be automatically applied to the member's GolfNow account and can be found under Account Payment options. These credits can be used toward a future Hot Deal booking.


What is the cancellation policy for GolfPass+ members?

GolfPass+ members in good standing may change or cancel up to (10) tee time reservations within each membership year. These cancellations or modifications can be made for any reason, up to one (1) hour prior to the scheduled tee time. Following one of these cancellations, any prepaid amounts will be credited to the member's GolfNow account. These credits can be used toward a future Hot Deal booking. GolfPass+ members may cancel or modify up to one (1) tee time reservation per course, per day of play.


What is your No-Show Policy?

No-Show Policies can vary at each golf course. Most golf courses reserve the right to charge up to the full amount of the round for any golfers that do not show for a tee time reservation or who do not cancel within the golf course’s cancellation policy.

GolfPass+and GolfPass+ VIP members may cancel their reservation online at least one hour prior to their scheduled tee time and will not be charged as long as a a Cancellation Protection tee time credit is available on the member's account. These credits can be used toward a future Hot Deal booking. However, if you do not cancel at least one hour prior to your scheduled tee time or have used up all of your Cancellation Protection credits, the golf course reserves the right to charge up to the full amount of the round.

Promo Codes (Non Rewards)


How do I redeem my Promo Code on GolfNow?

Non-Rewards Promo Codes are applicable on “Hot Deals” tee times only.
On GolfNow.com during checkout, you will find a link called "Add a Promo Code" located below the "Promo Codes, Credit and Gift Cards" section. Simply click on the link and a text box will appear for you to enter the Promo Code. Press APPLY and your total will be adjusted.

On the GolfNow mobile app during check-out, click the "Enter Promo Code Here" box and you will see an area for you to enter your Promo Code. Press OK and your total will be adjusted.

Golfer must be logged into a valid GolfNow account in order to redeem. Promo Code may not be redeemed during “Guest Checkout”, are case sensitive and must be entered exactly as written.


Where can I find “Hot Deals” tee times to redeem my promo code?

On GolfNow.com, you can click the Hot Deals tab at the top of the page to navigate directly to available tee times nearby. You can also select the city in which you would like to play and browse all “Hot Deals” tee times either by clicking on the “Hot Deals” toggle or by selecting a specific course and looking for the orange flame icon next to the tee time.

On the GolfNow mobile app, you can select the search box on the top of the home screen and select the “Hot Deals Near me” suggested search to view available tee times near your location. You can also select the city in which you would like to play and browse all “Hot Deals” tee times by clicking on the “Refine” button and the “Hot Deals” only toggle, or by simply browsing a selected course and looking for the orange flame icon next to the tee time.


When can I use my promo code?

Some Promo Codes have restrictions on the days and/or times when they can be redeemed (i.e. valid on play dates Monday – Thursday after 12pm). For specific restrictions affecting a Promo Code you may have, please refer to the Terms & Conditions delivered with the Promo Code you are redeeming.


Why can’t I use my promo code at a specific course?

GolfNow has individual contracts and arrangements with each golf course listed on GolfNow.com and the GolfNow app. As a result, some golf courses can be found on the course exclusion list, meaning that some Promo Codes cannot be used at those courses. The terms of the contract with some golf courses may also prevent the use of Promo Codes on Hot Deals tee times and other tee times that have already been discounted. Can I use my Promo Codes at the same time?

Non Rewards Promo Codes with value cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, coupons or discounts. For specific restrictions affecting a Promo Code you may have, please refer to the Terms & Conditions delivered with the Promo Code you are redeeming.


When does my Promo Code expire?

Non Rewards Promo Codes received after 3/1/2018 will expire in 365 days from issued date. For specific restrictions affecting a Promo Code you may have, please refer to the Terms & Conditions delivered with the Promo Code you are redeeming.


Why haven’t I received the Promo Code(s) I was promised?

Promo Codes associated with a specific offer or promotion will be delivered no later than the end of the intended delivery date, which is stated in the Terms & Conditions associated with that offer.

To ensure you’ve opted into a promotion, you can log into to your GolfNow account and select “view reservations” on the drop down menu under your account name. Once there, select the reservation in question to see if the opt-in code was applied in the payment history.


Can I use my Promo Code on any play date or tee times?

For specific play date restrictions affecting a Promo Code you may have (i.e. valid on play dates Monday – Thursday after 12pm). For specific restrictions affecting a Promo Code you may have, please refer to the Terms & Conditions delivered with the Promo Code you are redeeming.


Does my Promo Code cover convenience fees?

Non Rewards Promo Codes are applicable to greens fees only and does not cover convenience fees.


Do Promo Codes have any cash value and can it be transferred, re-sold or re-issued?

Promo Codes have no cash value, are non-transferable and cannot be re-sold or re-issued.


If I do not use my Promo Code for the entire amount will there be a remaining balance?

No, Promo Codes do not carry a balance forward. Any unused balance at the time of booking will be forfeited.


Can I apply a Promo Code on a round I already reserved?

Adjustments to prior purchases will not be permitted.


How many times can I use my Promo Code(s)?

The number of “Hot Deals” tee times that can be purchased per Promo Code is dependent on the promotional offer in which you received your Promo Code. For the number of times your Promo Code can be used, please refer to the Terms & Conditions delivered with the Promo Code you are redeeming.

About GolfPass Points

The GolfNow Rewards will change to GolfPass Points on April 25, 2023. All tee times played on or before April 24, 2023, will accrue points by means of GolfNow Rewards or TeeOff Rewards. All tee times played on or after April 25, 2023, will earn GolfPass Points.

GolfPass Points is one way in which GolfNow endeavors to reward and thank our most loyal customers for choosing to book their tee times on GolfNow.com or the GolfNow mobile app, TeeOff.com or the TeeOff mobile app. GolfPass free members can earn and accumulate GolfPass Points that can be redeemed for a discount on our GolfPass subscription products and eligible GolfNow or TeeOff tee time booking transaction items when purchases are combined at checkout. Paid GolfPass members (Members of GolfPass+, GolfPass+ VIP, GolfPass Monthly, or GolfPass Video) can earn and accumulate GolfPass Points that can then be redeemed for a discount on their GolfNow or TeeOff bookings.


How do I earn GolfPass Points?

To earn GolfPass Points, you must be signed into a registered account on GolfNow.com or GolfNow mobile app, TeeOff.com or the TeeOff mobile app; rounds booked during Guest Checkout are not eligible for GolfPass Points. If you are logged in, all tee time bookings will display the GolfPass Points value that will be earned upon completion of golf tee time played. How do rounds qualify for GolfPass Points?

For rounds to qualify toward GolfPass Points, a round must be booked while signed into a registered account on GolfNow.com or the GolfNow mobile app, TeeOff.com or the TeeOff mobile app, and becomes valid after the play date. Rounds booked during Guest Checkout are not considered eligible. Certain rounds booked with legacy Rewards promo codes may not be eligible. Rounds discounted to $0 using promo codes and/or GolfPass Points or rounds that are refunded or cancelled are not eligible for GolfPass Points.


When will I see GolfPass Points in my account?

GolfPass Points are earned after completing your booked tee time and will be awarded the day after play. Your new total GolfPass Points available will be updated on the awarded date. For example, if you played a tee time on a Friday, then you can expect to see your awarded GolfPass Points in your account on Saturday.


Can I earn GolfPass Points any other way?

On occasion we will run specialized, limited-time promotions that will award incremental GolfPass Points for specific actions taken. You may also receive these offers via email. Keep an eye out for these promotions throughout the year!


How do I redeem GolfPass Points?

GolfPass Points are only redeemable on “Hot Deals” tee times, convenience fees, TeeOff “DEAL Times”, GolfPass subscription products, and any other eligible activities that may be established in the future.

GolfPass free members can redeem earned GolfPass Points towards the purchase of a GolfPass subscription products.

Paid GolfPass members can redeem earned GolfPass Points towards the purchase price of any “Hot Deals” tee time and convenience fees offered by GolfNow, TeeOff “DEAL Times” offered by TeeOff.

GolfPass Free Members:

GolfPass free members will see a GolfPass section at checkout with the total amount of GolfPass Points availible and details on joining GolfPass+ membership with a click to add button. Clicking on the button to add will subscribe you to a GolfPass+ membership with applicable charges to checkout and apply the availible points towards your total eligible transaction amount. The total eligible transaction amount will be reduced by the amount of savings after applying GolfPass Points and GolfPass+ membership to your transaction.

Paid GolfPass Members:
(Members of GolfPass+, GolfPass+ VIP, GolfPass Monthly, GolfPass Video):

During checkout, paid GolfPass members will see a GolfPass section at checkout with the total amount of GolfPass Points availible that reads “Save $xx”. Click on the “Save $xx” button and your total eligible transaction amount will be reduced by the amount of savings by applying GolfPass Points to your transaction. You can then remove the discount by selecting “Remove” to save your GolfPass Points for future eligible purchases.

Can I use GolfPass Points and other promo codes together at once?

GolfPass Points are stackable and available for use with other promo codes and other stackable legacy Rewards Promo Codes all at once.


If I do not use my GolfPass Points for the entire amount will there be a remaining balance?

Yes, GolfPass Points can be used for the full eligible transaction amount, however if the GolfPass Points applied does not discount the full transaction amount there will be a balance to pay.


What happens to my GolfPass Points if I cancel my booked tee time?

If you need to cancel your tee time prior to playing, no GolfPass Points will be awarded. GolfPass Points are only awarded after completing your tee time. If any GolfPass Points were applied for a discount on eligible tee time transaction items during the checkout process, they will be reactivated.


What happens to my GolfPass Points if my tee time is refunded?

If your tee time is refunded for any reason, no GolfPass Points will be awarded. GolfPass Points are only awarded after completing your tee time. If any GolfPass Points were applied for a discount on eligible tee time transaction items during the checkout process, they will be reactivated.


Are GolfPass Points transferable?

No, all GolfPass Points issued from our GolfPass Points program are tied to specific customer accounts and may only be redeemed by the account holder.


What happens to my GolfPass Points when I become a GolfPass+ or a Paid GolfPass Member?

Once you become a GolfPass+ or a paid GolfPass member, your GolfPass Points will still be available to you and can be used towards the purchase price of any “Hot Deals” tee time and convenience fees offered by GolfNow, TeeOff “DEAL Times” offered by TeeOff during your subscription period.


What happens to my GolfPass Points when I am not a GolfPass+ or Paid GolfPass Member anymore?

If you cancel or do not renew your GolfPass+ or paid GolfPass subscription, any GolfPass Points available to you will still be available for use towards a GolfPass subscription product.


Can customers combine GolfPass accounts?

No, accounts cannot be combined. Similarly, GolfPass Points cannot be transferred between GolfPass accounts.


Where is the GolfPass Points program good?

GolfPass members can earn GolfPass Points for all rounds booked on GolfNow.com or the GolfNow iOS and Android Apps, TeeOff.com or the TeeOff iOS and Android Apps while signed into a registered GolfPass account. The program is valid in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland and Australia.


Does GolfPass Points apply to all currencies where the program is available?

Yes, GolfPass Points can be earned and applied in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, and Australia. The GolfPass Points will discount from the total eligible transaction amount according to the currency of the country where your tee time is booked.

How do I add my GolfNow gift card to my account?

To redeem a GolfNow Gift Card toward the purchase of a tee time reservation on GolfNow’s website or mobile apps, you may have to first register (including providing email, credit card and other information) through the online registration process and create an account on GolfNow.com

What can I use my GolfNow gift card on?

GolfNow gift cards purchased prior to June 6, 2023 can only be used towards Convenience Fees and Hot Deals greens fees on GolfNow.com and the GolfNow mobile app. GolfNow Gift Cards purchased on or after June 6, 2023 can only be used towards Hot Deals, prepaid tee times, convenience fees, Tee Time Protection, and purchasing GolfPass memberships (as determined by GolfNow) on GolfNow.com, TeeOff.com, the GolfNow and TeeOff mobile apps, or other participating GolfNow websites and apps.


Are GolfNow gift card purchases refundable?

Gift cards are nonrefundable. Hold your gift cards securely and write down your gift card number and PIN in a safe place. Gift cards are not reloadable and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or used without authorization. Gift cards have no cash value, there are no credits, refunds or exchanges, and they may not be redeemed for cash (except as required by law).


What happens to refunds on transactions where a GolfNow gift card is used?

All gift card refunds will be issued as GolfNow account credit/account balance; it will not go back unto the gift card.


Are GolfNow gift cards reloadable?

You currently cannot reload gift cards and use the same card; you will have to purchase a new one.


Can digital GolfNow gift cards be sent instantly?

We offer two options:

Send now - not instant due to processing times but within an hour
Send later - you can send at a scheduled future delivery date and time


What are the shipping time frames for physical GolfNow gift cards?

Mailed gift card orders take 2-3 business days to process and print. Mail delivery times cannot be guaranteed but take approximately 7-10 business days to arrive after processing.

Orders will not be shipped out or delivered on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. FedEx will not deliver to PO Boxes - if you wish to send the gift card to a PO Box, you must select USPS as your shipping method.

What are the first things I should try in the app?

GolfNow Compete allows you to connect with friends, compete against them, and track your scoring and stats for all rounds. We recommend taking advantage of Compete’s features by:


  1. Completing your profile with your favorite golf photo, bio, and playing handicap–these aspects of your profile will be used for scorecards, leaderboards, invites, and more.

  2. Finding and adding friends that also have the GolfNow Compete app or inviting them to join if they don’t already have an account.

  3. Get familiar with the app navigation and features, especially the PLAY tab and COMPETE tab:

    1. When you are ready to score a solo round or a tee time with friends, you’ll launch Round Setup from the PLAY tab with the “Solo & Group Play” button.

  4. Try out games and friendly wagers on your first round with friends, which will give a nice introduction to live scoring, live leaderboards, and our post-round Podium and Payouts features.


How do I create my account and begin my profile?

After downloading the app, you’ll go through a step-by-step setup process. You’ll provide the basics like name and email address so we can get you into the app and playing right away.

Next, you can grant Location and Notification permissions to utilize the most important features of Compete, and we’ll show a quick tutorial of all the key features.


How do I find my friends on Compete?

Head to your Account page, click on the Settings icon, and select “Find Friends”. You can search for friends by email or name. You can review your current friends in the “Friends” list on your Account page, too.

You can also access the Find Friends feature from the PLAY tab, by tapping the Friends icon in the top-left corner of the view.

If your friends don’t have an account, they can create one or you can invite them to join Compete by sharing the download link at the bottom of the Find Friends feature. Once they’ve created an account, you can add them in the app.


How do I create a Challenge?

Challenges are available in Casual-Competitive games through the Play tab.

How do I find Competitions to compete in?

On the homepage (Compete tab) you will see Nearby Competitions at the top of the page. You can also search for Competitions by specific locations, entry fees, dates, and more by tapping the “Find Competitions” link or magnifying glass icon.

Have a Competition Code from a friend or organizer? Type or paste the code into the Competition Code field and hit “Search”.

How do I earn GolfNow Rewards points?

GolfNow members earn 1 point per $1 spent based on the pre-tax amount paid for all convenience fees and “Hot Deals” green fees. So, for example, a GolfNow member booking a $40 Hot Deals tee time for just one player would earn 43.49 GolfNow Rewards points (total price with convenience fee).


How do I earn a $10 GolfNow Reward?

Once a golfer reaches 100 rewards points, they'll receive a Rewards promo code good for $10 off their next “Hot Deals” tee time and convenience fees. The more they play, the faster they will earn rewards to redeem for free or discounted rounds of golf! GolfPass+ members earn 25% more rewards points for each round and are rewarded with free golf even faster. To learn more about becoming a GolfPass+ member, click here.

For rounds to qualify toward GolfNow Rewards points, a round must be booked while signed into a registered GolfNow account and becomes valid after the play date. Rounds booked during Guest Checkout are not eligible. GolfNow Rewards points earned are valid for one (1) year after the earned date.

GolfNow Rewards promo codes are case sensitive, valid for one (1) year after the issue date and are one-time use only on “Hot Deals” tee times and convenience fees found at GolfNow.com or on the GolfNow mobile app.


How do rounds qualify toward rewards points?

For rounds to qualify toward rewards points, a round must be booked while signed into a registered GolfNow account on GolfNow.com or the GolfNow mobile app, and becomes valid after the play date. Certain rounds booked with Rewards promo codes may not be eligible, and rounds booked during Guest Checkout are not considered eligible. Rounds that are refunded or cancelled are also not eligible for GolfNow Rewards points.


When will my rewards points be awarded?

Rewards points are awarded only after the play date. Once you complete a qualified round, it will be reflected on your GolfNow Rewards dashboard within 24 hours after your scheduled tee time.


Can I earn GolfNow Rewards point any other way?

On occasion we will run specialized, limited-time promotions that will award incremental rewards points for specific actions taken. As a GolfNow member, you may also receive these offers via email. Keep an eye out for these promotions throughout the year!


How do my rewards points convert into rewards promo codes?

When golfers earn 100 rewards points, they will automatically receive a GolfNow Rewards promo code good for $10 off a “Hot Deals” tee time. The Rewards promo code will be automatically issued to the golfer within 24 hours from the date it was earned. If you subscribed to GolfNow emails, you will then receive an email notification from GolfNow and updates on your Rewards status.


How do I redeem my Rewards promo code as a GolfNow member?

On GolfNow.com, during checkout, you will find a large "promo code" box located below the "Promo Codes, Credit and Gift Cards" section. Simply enter the Rewards promo code and press “APPLY” Your total will be adjusted according to the value of the promo code you entered.

On the GolfNow mobile app during check-out, click the Enter Promo Code Here box and you will see an area for you to enter your Rewards promo code. Press OK and your total will be adjusted.

As a GolfNow member, Rewards promo codes are valid only on “Hot Deals” tee times available Monday – Thursday after 12:00 p.m in order to apply your GolfNow Rewards promo code to the tee time.

You can also select the city in which you would like to play and browse all “Hot Deals” tee times either by clicking on the “Hot Deals” toggle or by selecting a specific course and looking for the orange flame icon next to the tee time.

On the GolfNow mobile app, you can select the “Hot Deals near me” button on the home screen to see upcoming and available tee times near your location. You can also select the city in which you would like to play and browse all “Hot Deals” tee times by clicking on the “Refine” button and the “Hot Deals” only toggle, or by simply browsing a selected course and looking for the orange flame icon next to the tee time.

In order to use a Rewards Promo Code as a GolfNow member, a reservation valid for “Hot Deals” tee times Monday – Thursday after 12pm. GolfPass+/GolfPass+ VIP members may apply their GolfNow Rewards codes toward “Hot Deals” booked at least three (3) days in advance.

“Hot Deals” update frequently, so check back often for the most current available tee times.


Can I use multiple GolfNow Rewards promo codes together at once?

GolfNow Rewards promo codes are stackable and available for use with other Rewards promo codes and other stackable Promo Codes all at once. Simply enter the Rewards promo codes you wish to use during checkout and they will discount from your total amount.


If I do not use my GolfNow Rewards promo code for the entire amount will there be a remaining balance?

No, all Rewards promo codes are good for one-time use only and do not carry a balance forward.


Are rewards promo codes transferable?

No, all Rewards promo codes issued from our GolfNow Rewards program are tied to specific customer accounts and may only be redeemed by the account holder.


What happens to my Rewards Promo Codes when I become a GolfPass+ member?

Once you become a GolfPass+ member, Rewards promo code restrictions are lifted for Monday – Thursday, after 12pm. This allows you to book a Hot Deal of your choice 3 days in advance.


What happens to my Rewards Promo Codes when I am not a GolfPass+ member anymore?

If you cancel or do not renew your GolfPass+ membership, any Rewards promo codes available will revert to the restrictions that apply for a GolfNow member. These promo codes will be redeemable for “Hot Deals” tee times between Monday – Thursday, after 12pm.


Can customers combine GolfNow Rewards accounts?

No, accounts cannot be combined.


Where is the GolfNow Rewards program good?
