Why don’t I get an email after I sign up?

GOLFNOW emails are designed to provide GOLFNOW members with the best deals currently available at courses near them, but tee time pricing and availability are limited. We work hard to make sure that all of our members have a chance to take advantage of great tee time deals, so emails are sent on a rotation that ensures everyone has an opportunity to receive our best deals. If you do not receive an email immediately after signing up, one will be arriving to you soon.


Why am I required to create a username?

We recently updated our username format requirements. As a result, those that did not comply with our updated requirements were assigned a temporary username. You may update your username at any time within your account. Usernames may be used for participation in exciting new features and programs on GOLFNOW. Please review the following username requirements:

  • 20 characters or less
  • No spaces
  • No invalid characters (i.e. &, #, %, *)
  • No inappropriate language


My emails are not being sent in the language I selected in my preferences—why?

Email language preference changes can take up to 24 hours to update in the system. It is possible that you might still receive emails in the original language until this update occurs.

Tee Times


How far in advance are tee times available?

Tee time availability is determined by each individual golf course on GOLFNOW. The majority of golf courses make their tee times available between five (5) and fourteen (14) days in advance. However, some golf courses may choose to make their tee times available 30 to 90 days in advance or further depending on their business practices.


Did I get the tee time?

After completing your tee time reservation, you will be shown a “Thank You” page containing the details for your reservation. Due to different systems used at various golf courses, there may occasionally be a technical issue that affects or prevents a tee time reservation from reaching the golf course or being recorded in their system. If this occurs, a GOLFNOW representative may contact you to help you find and secure a tee time reservation at the selected golf course or one nearby (depending upon availability).


Why do you offer tee times that end up not being available?

When tee times from a golf course are loaded into our system, that inventory is available. However, tee times may be sold through a number of different channels after it has been listed on GolfNow.

To see if a tee time is still available, simply start the booking process. Our system will check to see if the tee time is still available. If so, you will be able to continue the booking process. If the tee time is no longer available, we will try to display the closest available tee time and you will be asked if you want to continue the booking process with the new tee time.


Why do tee times seem to appear and disappear?

When you click on a tee time and select the number of players, the tee time is put on hold for five (5) minutes. This allows time to complete the booking process. If you do not complete the process, the tee time will be removed from hold and reappear on the website.


How are the estimated tee time savings on GOLFNOW calculated?

To help you find the best prices on tee times at all of our golf courses, we compare the currently available rate to past purchases for the particular golf course over the previous six-month period. The strikethrough price represents the highest price other golfers have paid for a tee time at the golf course in the last six months.

Limiting the comparison window to a six-month period helps to account for changes in management, conditions and more, giving you a sense of the savings available on each tee time.

Why is there a Pending Charge on my Credit Card?

In some instances, you may see “pending charges” during the booking process. This can occur when some banks and financial institutions place a “hold” on your card, which can be for a set amount of funds and may show as “pending” for a number of days. If this occurs, please contact your issuing bank or financial institution with questions.


Why is payment due in full for some and not for others?

In order to provide GOLFNOW members with the best prices, Hot Deals tee times available through GOLFNOW require payment in full at the time the reservation is made.

In addition, some golf courses may require partial or full payment to be made online during the reservation process. Those requirements are specific to each golf course and subject to their tee time reservation policies.


My card is good, why won’t your system accept it?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. In the U.S. only, we also accept Discover. Please check that your credit card information has been entered correctly. Double check your card number and expiration date.


What about sales tax?

Most tee time reservations do not include sales tax. However, some courses do include sales tax in the price of the tee time. If sales tax is included in the tee time you have selected, you will see the “Tax Included” icon on the specific tee time. You can also click on any tee time and check “Tee Time Details” to determine if sales tax is included. The sales tax amount is set according to the current tax rate in the state where the selected golf course is located.


Do you charge a convenience fee?

Convenience fees are charged for all tee times booked through the GOLFNOW website and mobile app. Convenience fees range from $2.49-$3.49 per player, per tee time, and are reflected in the total price of your tee time reservation at the time of checkout.

For GOLFPASS+ members, convenience fees will be waived on all tee times booked on GOLFNOW.com and the GOLFNOW mobile app. Members must book all tee time reservations while signed into the same account used to purchase the GOLFPASS+ membership in order to receive the convenience fees benefit at checkout. Other taxes may apply on the tee time reservation. The Waived Convenience Fees benefit will be applied at the time that a qualified reservation is made.


Is the convenience fee refundable?

Convenience fees may be refunded only if the golf course is closed on the day of play and the golfer did not play.


Will I incur any currency fees related to international bookings?

Depending on your issuing bank, you may incur fees related to international transactions. Please contact your credit card provider for specific details regarding fees associated with your transaction.

Weather and Cancellation Policy


Can I cancel my reservation?

Hot Deals tee times can be canceled but are non-refundable unless the golf course is closed on the day of play. To cancel your tee time, go to your View Reservations page and click “Modify Players or Cancel” on the reservation you would like to cancel. Select the number of players you wish to remove from your reservation and a reason, then click “Submit Cancellation.”

Tee time reservations paid at the golf course are subject to the golf course's specific cancellation policy, which can be found in your View Reservations page. Convenience fees will not be refunded for cancellations unless the course is closed on the day of play and the golfer did not play any of the tee time.

GOLFPASS+ members are covered under Worry-Free Tee TimesTM, which allows GOLFPASS+ members to modify or cancel their reservation online up to one (1) hour prior to their scheduled tee time. GOLFPASS+ members will receive a GOLFNOW credit of your greens fees that will automatically be applied to your GOLFNOW account and can be found under your Account Payment options. You may cancel or modify up to one tee time reservation, per course, per day of play.


Can I change the day or time of my reservation?

All Hot Deals tee time sales are final and non-refundable unless the golf course is closed on the day of play.

To change the date or time of your reservation, you must cancel your existing tee time reservation and rebook a new tee time reservation. Tee time reservations paid at the golf course are subject to the golf course's cancellation policy, which can be found in your View Reservations page. Convenience fees are not refunded for cancellations or modifications.


Can I add or remove a player to my reservation?

To add an additional player to your tee time you must book another reservation for the same tee time (subject to availability). Prices for tee times can vary and are not guaranteed to be the same as the price at which the original tee time reservation was made. New reservations cannot be price matched to old and existing reservations.

To remove a player from your reservation, go to your View Reservations page and click “Modify Players or Cancel” on the reservation you would like to modify. Select the number of players you wish to remove from your reservation and a reason, then click “Submit Cancellation.” Please note that convenience fees and Hot Deals tee times are non-refundable unless the course is closed on the day of play.


What is your weather policy?

Any unplayed reservation can be cancelled and refunded if the golf course is closed on the day of play. To cancel a reservation due to weather, go to your View Reservations page and click “Modify Players or Cancel” on the reservation you would like to cancel. Select the number of players you wish to remove from your reservation and select "Weather" for the reason of cancellation, then click “Submit Cancellation.” If you are eligible for a refund, please allow 5-7 business days for processing.

Hot Deals reservations are non-refundable once your round has begun.

Tee time reservations paid at the golf course adhere to the golf course’s rain check policy once the round has begun. Please see the golf course pro shop to be issued a potential rain check.

What are Worry-Free Tee TimesTM?

Worry-Free Tee TimesTM are an exclusive benefit offered to GOLFPASS+ members. Worry-Free Tee Times allows you to cancel or modify your tee time reservation online at least one (1) hour prior to your scheduled tee time, for any reason, without penalty up to twenty (25) times per year of Your membership. Modifying the player count on the same reservation multiple times will only count as one (1) of the 25 cancellations (i.e. if a member modifies a tee time from 4 to 3 players, and then modifies again from 3 to 2, this will only count as 1 cancellation). You will receive a GOLFNOW credit of your greens fees that will automatically be applied to your GOLFNOW account and can be found under your Account Payment options.

You may use your GOLFNOW credit towards convenience fees and Hot Deals tee time found on GOLFNOW.com and the GOLFNOW mobile app. In order to use your GOLFNOW credit, you must be logged in with your GOLFPASS+ account details on GOLFNOW.com and click “apply” during the checkout process. GOLFNOW credits expire ninety (90) days from issue date.

Cancellation requests may be submitted online by logging in to your account and going to “Upcoming Reservations.”


What is your No-Show Policy?

No-Show Policies can vary at each golf course. Most golf courses reserve the right to charge up to the full amount of the round for any golfers that do not show for a tee time reservation or who do not cancel within the golf course’s cancellation policy.

GOLFPASS+ members may cancel their reservation online at least one hour prior to their scheduled tee time and will not be charged. However, if you do not cancel at least one hour prior to your scheduled tee time, the golf course reserves the right to charge up to the full amount of the round.

Promo Codes (Non Rewards)


How do I redeem my Promo Code on GOLFNOW?

Non Rewards Promo Codes are applicable on “Hot Deals” tee times only.
On GOLFNOW.com during checkout, you will find a large "Promo Code" box located below the "Promo Codes, Credit and Gift Cards" section. Simply enter the Promo Code. Press APPLY and your total will be adjusted.

On the GOLFNOW mobile app during check-out, click the "Enter Promo Code Here" box and you will see an area for you to enter your Promo Code. Press OK and your total will be adjusted.

Golfer must be logged into a valid GOLFNOW account in order to redeem. Promo Code may not be redeemed during “Guest Checkout”, are case sensitive and must be entered exactly as written.


Where can I find “Hot Deals” tee times to redeem my promo code?

On GOLFNOW.com, you can click the Hot Deals tab at the top of the page to navigate directly to available tee times nearby. You can also select the city in which you would like to play and browse all “Hot Deals” tee times either by clicking on the “Hot Deals” toggle or by selecting a specific course and looking for the orange flame icon next to the tee time.

On the GOLFNOW mobile app, you can select the “Hot Deals near me” button on the home screen to see upcoming and available tee times near your location. You can also select the city in which you would like to play and browse all “Hot Deals” tee times by clicking on the “Refine” button and the “Hot Deals” only toggle, or by simply browsing a selected course and looking for the orange flame icon next to the tee time.


When can I use my promo code?

Some Promo Codes have restrictions on the days and/or times when they can be redeemed (i.e. valid on play dates Monday – Thursday after 12pm). For specific restrictions affecting a Promo Code you may have, please refer to the Terms & Conditions delivered with the Promo Code you are redeeming.


Why can’t I use my promo code at a specific course?

GOLFNOW has individual contracts and arrangements with each golf course listed on GOLFNOW.com and the GOLFNOW app. As a result, some golf courses can be found on the course exclusion list, meaning that some Promo Codes cannot be used at those courses. The terms of the contract with some golf courses may also prevent the use of Promo Codes on Hot Deals tee times and other tee times that have already been discounted. Can I use my Promo Codes at the same time?

Non Rewards Promo Codes with value cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, coupons or discounts. For specific restrictions affecting a Promo Code you may have, please refer to the Terms & Conditions delivered with the Promo Code you are redeeming.


When does my Promo Code expire?

Non Rewards Promo Codes received after 3/1/2018 will expire in 365 days from issued date. For specific restrictions affecting a Promo Code you may have, please refer to the Terms & Conditions delivered with the Promo Code you are redeeming.


Why haven’t I received the Promo Code(s) I was promised?

Promo Codes associated with a specific offer or promotion will be delivered no later than the end of the intended delivery date, which is stated in the Terms & Conditions associated with that offer.

To ensure you’ve opted into a promotion, you can log into to your GolfNow account and select “view reservations” on the drop down menu under your account name. Once there, select the reservation in question to see if the opt-in code was applied in the payment history.


Can I use my Promo Code on any play date or tee times?

For specific play date restrictions affecting a Promo Code you may have (i.e. valid on play dates Monday – Thursday after 12pm). For specific restrictions affecting a Promo Code you may have, please refer to the Terms & Conditions delivered with the Promo Code you are redeeming.


Does my Promo Code cover convenience fees?

Non Rewards Promo Codes are applicable to greens fees only and does not cover convenience fees.


Do Promo Codes have any cash value and can it be transferred, re-sold or re-issued?

Promo Codes have no cash value, are non-transferable and cannot be re-sold or re-issued.


If I do not use my Promo Code for the entire amount will there be a remaining balance?

No, Promo Codes do not carry a balance forward. Any unused balance at the time of booking will be forfeited.


Can I apply a Promo Code on a round I already reserved?

Adjustments to prior purchases will not be permitted.


How many times can I use my Promo Code(s)?

The number of “Hot Deals” tee times that can be purchased per Promo Code is dependent on the promotional offer in which you received your Promo Code. For the number of times your Promo Code can be used, please refer to the Terms & Conditions delivered with the Promo Code you are redeeming.

Who can participate?

Any golfer who books their round on GOLFNOW.com or with GOLFNOW's mobile app while logged into a GOLFNOW account is eligible to earn rewards through GOLFNOW Rewards presented by TaylorMade. Booking through affiliate partners will not be eligible for rewards.


How will I know when I’ve become a GOLFNOW member?

Once you have created an account with GOLFNOW and booked a qualifying round, you are automatically a GOLFNOW member and can earn GOLFNOW Rewards presented by TaylorMade. You are also able to upgrade your membership to a GOLFPASS+ membership at any time. How do I earn GOLFNOW Rewards points?

GOLFNOW members earn 1 point per $1 spent based on the pre-tax amount paid for all convenience fees and “Hot Deals” green fees. So, for example, a GOLFNOW member booking a $40 Hot Deals tee time for just one player would earn 43.49 GOLFNOW Rewards points (total price with convenience fee).


How do I earn a $10 GOLFNOW Reward?

Once a golfer reaches 100 rewards points, they'll receive a Rewards promo code good for $10 off their next “Hot Deals” tee time and convenience fees. The more they play, the faster they will earn rewards to redeem for free or discounted rounds of golf! GOLFPASS+ members earn 25% more rewards points for each round and are rewarded with free golf even faster. To learn more about becoming a GOLFPASS+ member, click here.

For rounds to qualify toward GolfNow Rewards points, a round must be booked while signed into a registered GolfNow account and becomes valid after the play date. Rounds booked during Guest Checkout are not eligible. GolfNow Rewards points earned are valid for one (1) year after the earned date.

GolfNow Rewards promo codes are case sensitive, valid for one (1) year after the issue date and are one-time use only on “Hot Deals” tee times and convenience fees found at GolfNow.com or on the GolfNow mobile app.


How do rounds qualify toward rewards points?

For rounds to qualify toward rewards points, a round must be booked while signed into a registered GOLFNOW account on GOLFNOW.com or the GOLFNOW mobile app, and becomes valid after the play date. Certain rounds booked with Rewards promo codes may not be eligible, and rounds booked during Guest Checkout are not considered eligible. Rounds that are refunded or cancelled are also not eligible for GOLFNOW Rewards points.


When will my rewards points be awarded?

Rewards points are awarded only after the play date. Once you complete a qualified round, it will be reflected on your GOLFNOW Rewards presented by TaylorMade dashboard within 24 hours after your scheduled tee time.


Can I earn GOLFNOW Rewards point any other way?

On occasion we will run specialized, limited-time promotions that will award incremental rewards points for specific actions taken. As a GOLFNOW member, you may also receive these offers via email. Keep an eye out for these promotions throughout the year!


How do my rewards points convert into rewards promo codes?

When golfers earn 100 rewards points, they will automatically receive a GOLFNOW Rewards promo code good for $10 off a “Hot Deals” tee time. The Rewards promo code will be automatically issued to the golfer within 24 hours from the date it was earned. If you subscribed to GOLFNOW emails, you will then receive an email notification from GOLFNOW and updates on your Rewards status.

Promo Code can also be applied to convenience fees associated with the redemption of all tee times. Maximum value of the Promo Code is Ten Dollars ($10). Can I use multiple GOLFNOW Rewards promo codes together at once?

GOLFNOW Rewards promo codes are stackable and available for use with other Rewards promo codes and other stackable Promo Codes all at once. Simply enter the Rewards promo codes you wish to use during checkout and they will discount from your total amount.


If I do not use my GOLFNOW Rewards promo code for the entire amount will there be a remaining balance?

No, all Rewards promo codes are good for one-time use only and do not carry a balance forward.


Are rewards promo codes transferable?

No, all Rewards promo codes issued from our GOLFNOW Rewards presented by TaylorMade program are tied to specific customer accounts and may only be redeemed by the account holder.


What happens to my Rewards Promo Codes when I become a GOLFPASS+ member?

Once you become a GOLFPASS+ member, Rewards promo code restrictions are lifted for Monday – Thursday, after 12pm. This allows you to book a Hot Deal of your choice 3 days in advance.


What happens to my Rewards Promo Codes when I am not a GOLFPASS+ member anymore?

If you cancel or do not renew your GOLFPASS+ membership, any Rewards promo codes available will revert to the restrictions that apply for a GOLFNOW member. These promo codes will be redeemable for “Hot Deals” tee times between Monday – Thursday, after 12pm.


Can customers combine GOLFNOW Rewards accounts?

No, accounts cannot be combined.


Where is the GOLFNOW Rewards program good?

GOLFNOW members can earn rewards for all rounds booked on GOLFNOW.com or the GOLFNOW iOS and Android Apps while signed into a registered GOLFNOW account. The program is valid in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland and Australia.


Does $10 for 100 rewards points apply to all currencies where the program is available?

Yes, the $10 rewards promo code for 100 rewards points can be earned and applied in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland and Australia. The rewards promo code will discount 10 from the total price according to the currency of the country where your tee time is booked.

What will happen to my membership starting 01/28/2019?

Starting on January 28, 2019, Revolution GOLF, GOLF Advisor Club and Golf Odyssey memberships will become the GOLFPASS membership and all members will have automatic access to their benefits on GOLFPASS.

Starting on January 28, 2019, the GOLFNOW VIP membership will become the GOLFPASS+ membership and all members will have automatic access to their benefits in GOLFPASS+.

How long does the GOLFPASS or GOLFPASS+ membership last?

GOLFPASS monthly: Your GOLFPASS membership will remain in effect for one (1) month beginning on the date of your purchase. Your membership will automatically renew for one (1) month upon your renewal date. For example, if you purchase your GOLFPASS membership on February 5, 2019, your membership and the benefits associated with it will be available until March 5, 2019. At that point, your card will be charged automatically for renewal towards membership for another month.

GOLFPASS annual: Your GOLFPASS membership will remain in effect for one (1) year beginning on the date of your purchase. Your membership will automatically renew for one (1) year upon your renewal date. For example, if you purchase your GOLFPASS membership on February 5, 2019, your membership and the benefits associated with it will be available until February 5, 2020. At that point, your card will be charged automatically for renewal towards membership for another year.

How do I renew my GOLFPASS or GOLFPASS+ membership?

The GOLFPASS and GOLFPASS+ programs are auto-renewal programs. The credit card we have on file for you will be charged again for your membership in the program in order to ensure that your benefits are not interrupted.

If all credit cards we have on file for you are declined for payment of your membership fee, you must provide us a new credit card promptly or your membership will be canceled. If you provide us with a new card and are successfully charged, your new membership period will be based on the date of the successful charge.


What if I do not want to auto-renew into the membership?

GOLFPASS monthly: If you do not want your membership to automatically renew, you must turn off auto-renewal prior to your renewal date. Auto-renewal can be turned off by accessing Your Account on GOLFPASS.com, navigate to the "Auto-renewal" section, and select “OFF.”

GOLFPASS and GOLFPASS+ annual: GOLFNOW will send you a notice of renewal at least thirty (30) days prior to your automatic renewal date. If you do not want your membership to automatically renew, you must turn off auto-renewal prior to your renewal date or within (30) days of receiving the GOLFPASS notice of renewal. Auto-renewal can be turned off by accessing Your Account on GOLFPASS.com, navigate to the "Auto-renewal" section, and select “OFF.”


I enrolled prior to February 05, 2019, what will happen to my membership?

Effective on January 28, 2019, all active Revolution GOLF+ (“RG+”), GOLF Advisor Club, and Golf Odyssey subscribers will automatically be transitioned to GOLFPASS memberships, and these subscribers will receive instant access to GOLFPASS benefits for the remainder of their applicable subscription period. Pursuant to the Subscription Agreement, these GOLFPASS memberships will automatically renew on the original renewal date of the User’s previous RG+, GOLF Advisor Club, and/or Golf Odyssey subscriptions, unless notified otherwise.

Effective on January 28, 2019, all active GOLFNOW VIP members will automatically be transitioned to GOLFPASS + memberships, and will receive instant access to GOLFPASS + benefits for the remainder of their applicable subscription period for no additional fee. Pursuant to the Subscription Agreement, these GOLFPASS+ Memberships will automatically renew on the original renewal date of User’s previous GOLFNOW VIP membership, unless notified otherwise.


What is the waived convenience fee benefit?

For GOLFPASS+ members, convenience fees will be waived on all tee times booked on GOLFNOW.com and the GOLFNOW mobile app. Members must book all tee time reservations while signed into the same account used to purchase the GOLFPASS+ membership in order to receive the convenience fees benefit at checkout. Other taxes may apply on the tee time reservation. The Waived Convenience Fees benefit will be applied at the time that a qualified reservation is made.


How do I earn my 25% extra Rewards points?

GOLFPASS+ members will be automatically awarded 25% more GOLFNOW Rewards points for booking rounds of golf through GOLFNOW.com or the GOLFNOW mobile app. Points are awarded for Hot Deals and paid transaction fees. Total Points earned are shown at checkout, and are awarded after each qualifying reservation is played. Rewards points will accumulate toward $10 promo codes, which are redeemable toward the purchase price of any Hot Deals tee time offered by GOLFNOW. A total of one hundred (100) Rewards points accrued is equivalent to one (1) Ten Dollar ($10.00) Hot Deals promo code. Promo codes may be used each time for a discount on a Hot Deals tee time, or can be accrued and redeemed for the total value of a Hot Deals tee time, provided that the value of such promo codes meets or exceeds the assigned price for the tee time reserved. Promo codes expire one (1) year from the date earned, regardless of whether your GOLFPASS+ Membership is still active at that time. What is the Worry-Free Tee Times™ benefit?

GOLFNOW’s Worry-Free Tee Times™ benefit allows you to cancel or modify your tee time reservation online at least one (1) hour prior to your scheduled tee time, for any reason, without penalty up to twenty (25) times per year of Your membership. Modifying the player count on the same reservation multiple times will only count as one (1) of the 25 cancellations (i.e. if a member modifies a tee time from 4 to 3 players, and then modifies again from 3 to 2, this will only count as 1 cancellation). You will receive a GOLFNOW credit of your greens fees that will automatically be applied to your GOLFNOW account and can be found under your Account Payment options.

You may use your GOLFNOW credit towards convenience fees and Hot Deals tee time found on GOLFNOW.com and the GOLFNOW mobile app. In order to use your GOLFNOW credit, you must be logged in with your GOLFPASS+ account details on GOLFNOW.com and click “apply” during the checkout process. GOLFNOW credits expire ninety (90) days from issue date.

Cancellation requests may be submitted online by logging in to your account and going to “Upcoming Reservations.”

What happens when I participate in a GOLFNOW Rewards promotion?

If a GOLFPASS+ member participates in a GOLFNOW Rewards promotion, the member will always be awarded the best Rewards points offer (GOLFPASS+ or promotional) available. If the promotional offer will award the same amount of GOLFNOW Rewards points as the GOLFPASS+ membership (i.e. 25% more points per round), the GOLFPASS+ member's dashboard will display the promotion name and the points value corresponding to that promotion. GOLFPASS+ points cannot be multiplied or combined with Rewards points offered through promotions.


Can I cancel my reservations made with a GOLFPASS+ membership?

You may cancel one tee time reservation per course, per play date up to twenty (25) times per year of Your membership, at least one (1) hour in advance of the scheduled tee time, with Worry-Free Tee Times.

To cancel an upcoming tee time, go to your “Upcoming Reservations” page. Click “Modify Players or Cancel” on the reservation that you would like to cancel. Select the number of players you wish to remove from your reservation and a reason, and click “Submit Cancellation.” Please note: if the modification or cancellation is submitted less than one (1) hour before the scheduled tee time, you will not be credited for the canceled reservation.

Please note, Worry-Free Tee Times™ is a benefit available only to GOLFPASS+ members whose accounts are in good standing as determined by GOLFNOW. You must be logged in to your GOLFPASS+ account on GOLFNOW.com during the booking process to qualify for Worry-Free Tee Times protection.


Can I add or remove player(s) from my reservation made with a GOLFPASS+ membership?

To add an additional player to your tee time you must book another reservation for the same time, upon availability. Prices for tee times vary and are not guaranteed to be the same as the original tee time reservation price at time of booking. New reservations cannot be price matched to old and existing reservations.

To remove a player from your reservation, go to your Upcoming Reservations page. Click “Modify Players or Cancel” on the reservation that you would like to change. Select the number of players you wish to remove from your reservation and a reason, and click “Submit Cancellation.” Please note: if the modification or cancellation is submitted less than one (1) hour before the scheduled tee time, you will not be credited for the canceled reservation. You may cancel or modify up to one tee time reservation, per course, per day of play.


Can I change the date or time of my reservation?

To change the date or time of your reservation, you must cancel your existing tee time reservation and make a new reservation for the desired date or time.

To cancel a reservation, go to your “Upcoming Reservations” page. Click “Modify Players or Cancel” on the reservation that you would like to cancel. Select the number of players you wish to remove from your reservation and a reason, and click “Submit Cancellation.”

Can I combine my GOLFPASS or GOLFPASS+ membership with other GOLFNOW accounts?

You may not combine or assign your GOLFPASS or GOLFPASS+ membership or any GOLFPASS benefits, including promotion codes for GOLFPASS memberships or benefits, to other GOLFNOW accounts.


Who can I speak to about my GOLFPASS or GOLFPASS+ membership?

All GOLFPASS and GOLFPASS+ members have access to an exclusive phone number they can call to speak with a GOLFPASS specialist. Members may call this number to book tee times, learn more about GOLFPASS or GOLFPASS+, cancel their membership, or to ask questions about benefits and any other inquiries related to the program.

How do I cancel my GOLFPASS or GOLFPASS+ membership?

You can cancel your subscription via the following methods: (1) by contacting Member Support via telephone at 1-833-465-3847 (subject to call center hours), or (2) by such other means as we may provide from time to time. We will attempt to process all cancellation requests within 72 hours after we receive your request. If you cancel near the end of your billing period and are inadvertently charged for the next period's fee, contact customer service to have the charges reversed.

No Refunds: Monthly GOLFPASS subscription payments are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods.

Annual GOLFPASS subscription payments are refundable only under the following circumstances: (1) You cancel your annual subscription within the first thirty (30) days of purchase; and (2) You have not used any available GOLFPASS membership benefits following your purchase of the annual subscription. Except as set forth below, you will continue to have access to your subscription through the end of your current Subscription Period following any cancellation.

Where can I buy the Premier Golf Card?

The Premier Card can be purchased online at https://memberships.golfnow.com/premier-card/, or at several of the participating golf courses. Premier Cards will be mailed to you, but you can begin booking and playing golf immediately with your receipt beginning April 10. (Prior to April 9, cards are available for purchase, however tee times cannot be purchased until April 10.) Receipts are accepted for ten (10) days to allow time for your physical card to arrive.


Is there any benefit to purchasing the membership at a club versus online?

Whether you purchase your card at the course or online, you will be purchasing your Premier Card through GOLFNOW which is a convenient way to start your membership and begin booking immediately. Premier Card memberships are the same price whether purchased online or at a participating golf course, and there are no additional incentives or restrictions between the two methods of purchase.


Do I need to be a resident to purchase the Premier Golf Card?

No, you do not need to be a resident to purchase the card. Anyone can buy and begin using a Premier Golf Card.


How do I book tee times with my Premier Card?

GolfNow and Premier Card have partnered to make it even easier to plan, book and play at the best courses in South Florida. Premier Card members can now book their tee times online directly through GOLFNOW.com. You may also call individual courses to inquire about and book tee times.


How far in advance can I make a tee time?

Premier Card members can book tee times up to five (5) days in advance, depending on individual course inventory and availability. You are not required to book tee times that far in advance, but you are able to plan your round ahead of time if desired.


How long is my Premier Card valid?

Your Premier Card is valid from April 15 – April 14 of the following year. Between April 15 and November 15, Premier Card members can book and play at participating golf courses without paying any green fees (cart fees per person and sales tax apply). Between November 16 and April 14, the cardholder receives a 10% - 20% discount on the participating club's tee time rate.


Am I required to pay cart fees all year long?

Premier Card members pay cart fees only from April 15 to November 15. Between November 16 and April 14, you receive a 10%-20% discount off each club's applicable rate. Cart fees are PER PERSON, plus tax.


What if I prefer to walk the course? Is there a fee?

In the event that a participating Premier Card golf course allows walking rounds at certain times of the day, the walking fee will be the same rate as the standard Premier Card cart fee at that course.


Can I purchase the Senior Weekday Card if I will reach the age of 55 during the membership period?

To qualify for the Senior Weekday Card price, you must be 55 years of age or older at the time of purchase.


Am I required to show a photo ID with my Premier Card at the golf course?

In order to ensure that the cardholder is the person receiving the benefits of the Premier Card, you may be required to show your photo ID at the course. Single, Senior Weekday and Junior Premier Cards may not be shared or loaned to non-members. Membership will be forfeited and card will be confiscated if used by someone other than the designated cardholder.


Are there discounted rates available for guests of Premier Card members?

No, Premier Card rates do not extend to guests. Available rates and discounts are valid for Premier Card members only.


Does my Premier Card Senior Weekday membership provide any special rates or discounts for weekends or holidays?

The Senior Weekday card is only valid for play Monday – Friday (excluding designated holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day). Weekend and holiday rounds will be charged at the applicable tee time rate of the course you want to play.


If I decide to sign up for the Premier Card after April 15, will the membership rate be reduced or discounted?

All Premier Card memberships are priced at flat rates regardless of when you sign up. This ensures fair pricing for all golfers, as well as making it possible to offer the best rates and discounts to everyone.


I will be moving out of the area/suffered an injury/etc. Can I get a refund for the unused duration of my Premier Card membership?

Premier Card memberships are non-refundable, but you can request to transfer your membership to a friend, coworker or family member. To do so, simply return your Premier Card and let us know who to reissue the membership card to (ie. Name, address, phone number, email).
