This offer (the “Club Trade In Offer”), which is made to you by GolfNow, LLC (“GolfNow”), entitles you to trade in certain golf equipment to GolfNow’s third party partner Global Value Commerce, Inc. (“GlobalGolf.com”) in exchange for a GolfNow credit (the “Trade and Play Credit”) equal to one hundred twenty percent 120% of the trade-in value of the equipment, as determined by GlobalGolf.com. The Trade and Play Credit may be used on Hot Deals tee times and transaction fees only, and is not valid for use on GolfNow memberships or any third party products sold or advertised through GolfNow.com. A valid GolfNow account is required, and the Trade and Play Credit will be applied to your GolfNow account automatically on the date the trade-in transaction is completed. The Trade and Play Credit does not expire and may be used at any time.
By participating in the Club Trade In Offer, you acknowledge and agree that GolfNow may share any information provided by you under this Club Trade In Offer with GlobalGolf.com, including personally identifiable information such as your name, address, email address, etc.The actual trade-in value of any equipment submitted under this Club Trade In Offer shall be determined by GlobalGolf.com using GlobalGolf.com’s evaluation methodologies and policies. You acknowledge and agree that GolfNow is not a part of that evaluation process, and as such you agree (i) to seek relief and/or settle any disputes related to the evaluation process directly with GlobalGolf.com, and (ii) that GolfNow is specifically disclaiming any and all liability, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or special damages arising out of GlobalGolf.com’s evaluation process; and (iii) that GolfNow shall not be liable to you for any such claims or damages.
Once the club is received and processed, you will receive the Trade and Play Credit based on the actual trade-in value of the equipment submitted (as determined by GlobalGolf.com). Actual trade-in value following GlobalGolf.com’s inspection may differ from any estimates provided during checkout.
GolfNow reserves the right, in its absolute and sole discretion, to withdraw or to modify this Club Trade In Offer and/or these GolfNow Club Trade In Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice and with no liability.
