Actual total savings and rewards may vary based on the number of total Rounds actually booked and cancelled, the price paid for each Round booked, and whether Rounds are booked as Hot Deals or at the regularly posted golf course rate. For the purposes of estimation, the GolfNow VIP Savings Calculator above assumes the following: (i) Fifty percent (50%) of the Annual Rounds Booked are Hot Deals; (ii) the price of each Hot Deals Round is Twenty Dollars ($20.00); (iii) the price of each non-Hot Deals Round is Thirty Dollars ($30.00); and (iv) that twenty percent (20%) of the Annual Rounds Booked will be cancelled. GolfNow charges convenience fees of Three Dollars and Forty Nine Cents ($3.49) on each Hot Deals Round booked and Two Dollars and Forty Nine Cents ($2.49) on each non-Hot Deals Round booked. All calculations are rounded up to the nearest whole dollar.
For the avoidance of doubt, “Round(s)” shall refer to one (1) individual tee time reservation for a nine (9) or eighteen (18)-hole round of golf booked through GolfNow.com or the GolfNow mobile app.

For GolfNow VIP members, convenience fees will be waived on all Rounds booked on GolfNow.com and the GolfNow mobile app. Members must book all Rounds while signed into the same account used to purchase the GolfNow VIP membership in order to receive the convenience fees benefit at checkout. The Waived Convenience Fees benefit will be applied at the time that a qualified reservation is made. Any taxes which may apply on the tee time reservation will not be waived.
GolfNow VIP members earn 1.25 GolfNow Rewards points for each dollar spent on Hot Deals tee times reservations booked through GolfNow.com or the GolfNow mobile app (i.e. 25 points earned on one $20.00 Hot Deals tee times reservation). In comparison, non-VIP members earn one (1) GolfNow Rewards point for each dollar spent on all Hot Deals tee time reservations and convenience fees (i.e., 23.49 points earned on one $20.00 Hot Deals tee time reservation).
GolfNow Rewards points accumulate toward Ten Dollar ($10.00) promotional codes (“Promo Codes”), which are redeemable towards the purchase price of any Hot Deals Rounds offered by GolfNow. A total of one hundred (100) Rewards points accrued is equivalent to one (1) Ten Dollar ($10.00) Hot Deals Promo Code.

GolfNow’s Worry-Free Tee Times™ benefit allows GolfNow VIP members to cancel or modify tee time reservations online at least one (1) hour prior to the scheduled tee time for any reason, without penalty. Worry-Free cancellation or modification is limited to one (1) tee time reservation per golf course, per day of play.
A GolfNow credit equal to the tee time reservation purchased is automatically applied to the GolfNow VIP member’s account upon cancellation and have no cash or monetary value, are non-transferable, and cannot be resold or reissued. GolfNow credits may be used towards convenience fees and/or Hot Deals tee times found on GolfNow.com and the GolfNow mobile app. GolfNow credits expire ninety (90) days from issue date.
